About Downtown Yoga & Healing Arts
This heated multi-level class will move through Baptiste inspired sequencing and is suitable for beginners with basic vinyasa under their belts as well as the seasoned practitioner. We flow through sun salutations, balancing postures, twists, backbends, abdominal exercises, as well as hip openers. We encourage students to flow at their own pace, modify and to rest when needed. Students will leave this class rinsed out, rejuvenated and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
This class is held in Studio 2 using the door across from the studio door.
Please bring your own mat (due to the amount of sweating for sanitary reasons), a yoga towel (or any kind of towel), and water! Please hydrate well before and after class.

Belly Dance is one of the most beautiful, exciting, and sensual forms of self-expression. It is empowering, uplifting, healing, and fun! Come prepared to have fun!
We will start with a dance specific warm-up then begin to breakdown movements that lead to a small choreography.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of movement.
No experience necessary, all levels welcome
