Julie is a passionate yogi with more than 20 years as a practitioner and 12 years of teaching experience. As an athlete and outdoor lover, she embraces the many activities of an active lifestyle. She is committed to helping students build a flexible body and mind, bringing resilience and joy to daily life.
Julie is currently pursuing Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and looks forward to sharing that increased knowledge with her students.
