Brandy utilizes over a decade of experience as she teaches alignment and flow techniques in Hatha yoga classes.
She offers progressive classes that teach a variety of breathing techniques, posture, and meditative practices. She uses mindful attention to cultivate space for self-inquiry. In private and small group classes she likes to work on correcting asymmetrical movements, and tailors the practice to meet the needs of the participants.
