Founded by Heba "Hibs" Saab in 2015, Holistic Integration of Body and Spirit (HIBS) YOGA is a yoga therapy studio offering a variety of yoga classes with a foundation in Forrest Yoga. Our mission at HIBS YOGA is to facilitate healing for body, mind, and soul, while building strength with integrity. We specialize in injuries, pain, and trauma.
All HIBS YOGA classes are sequenced and themed intelligently with intent, encouraging deep breathing, core engagement, and energized expression in the poses. HIBS YOGA Strength classes incorporate a fusion of yoga, mat pilates, cardio, and barre techniques. HIBS YOGA Therapeutics classes help recover joint mobility, strength in supporting muscles, and relief from aches & pains. HIBS YOGA also regularly offers beginner classes (HIBS YOGA Basics), Restorative meditation classes, teacher training, and specialty workshops on various meditation, wellness, and yoga-related topics.
All HIBS YOGA classes are set to a cozy room temperature of 80-85 degrees. Classes incorporate aromatherapy and skillful hands-on assists to help students feel safe and comfortable in the poses.
