About Om Land Yoga
TERRY LACY and ERIC SIROIS created Om Land Yoga in Bangor in 2007 as a Community Center that celebrates the limitless ability of our mind-body connection – for any age and any level of physical health. In 2012, they opened a companion studio in Orono followed by a studio in Brewer in 2015.
Instructors at Om Land Yoga are devoted to creating an atmosphere in which students are encouraged to creatively explore yoga technique and take a journey toward wellness as they experience the union of movement and breath.
At Om Land Yoga we do not think you should have to turn yourself into a pretzel. We do think that it’s physically therapeutic, mind altering, and often fun just to try.
