The Self Care Workshops offer a chance to learn, try, and connect through the sacred practice of caring for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves. Each workshops lasts two hours long, and includes a targeted focus based on the needs of the students, as well as a guided meditation and yoga flow.
