About Erin Ehlers
Erin Ehlers: E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, RES-CPT, YACEP, LMT
Erin has been teaching yoga and movement throughout the Seacoast for over 17 years, and opened Yoga on the Hill in 2008. With over 2,280 hours of professional training, and 11,500 hours of teaching experience, she offers classes that are safe, creative and pedagogically sound.
Erin coaxes a pose out of understanding and clarity, so her classes create challenge by releasing tiresome habits and infusing new strength within neglected spaces. In addition to being a yoga teacher, she is certified as a yoga therapist and a massage therapist.
Erin teaches from a deep knowledge of how movement happens. She weaves the tenets of yoga philosophy into the instruction of movement and yoga poses. She delves passionately into the sciences of biomechanics and kinesiology to teach from a perspective that questions assumptions about traditional yoga practice.
She lives on Orange Circle Farm with her husband, Jeff. She is also flower farmer, a role that indulges her wonder for the beauty of the natural world.
