About NAMASTE STUDIO
We are helping to support those fleeing from Domestic Violence this Holiday Season.
Namaste Studio believes yoga is truly for everyBODY. We strive to accommodate all body types and limitations, because we know not every body is the same. Our classes focus on the core values of yoga, while helping you to have an authentic yoga experience. Whether your a seasoned practitioner, completely new to yoga, or somewhere in the middle, we offer a variety of class options to suit you.
For the Beginners we have multiple classes that have detailed and demonstrated instruction, as well as offering multiple Beginner 7 week series during the year. We also offer the option of private instruction if you prefer more one on one attention.
We want you to enjoy yoga as much as we do! We are here to answer your questions, guide your journey, and fuel your mind, body and soul!
