About Breezy Osborne
Owning a studio has been Breezy’s passion since discovering yoga and studying Kinesiology at the University of Central Arkansas. While Breezy has been teaching yoga, group & private sessions, since 1999, she trained extensively at Barefoot Studio and became certified in 2006 and evolved into being the third owner of Barefoot in 2009.
Originally, Breezy discovered that the yoga practice helped her build awareness, patience and self-acceptance on the mat, and to this day, gives her support off the mat as she is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness, body positivity, inclusivity, and Type 1 Diabetes Awareness since her daughter’s diagnosis in 2018. She recognizes the vitality & importance of non-judgment and hopes to cultivate this in her different styles of classes she teaches - offering suggestions & options to make yoga accessible to everyone.
At Barefoot, the instructors give you the tools to create your own space, your own practice on the mat. Bodies change through the day, emotionally & physically, and energy shifts, so holding a space for students to practice in their own moment helps keep the gift of yoga going on and off the mat.
