Who is Yoga Integrated Science?
Yoga Integrated Science Wellness Center is a strength-based yoga, fitness, and rehab facility located at 211 Clover Lane, St. Matthews, Louisville, Kentucky. We offer a wide range of yoga, pilates ands strength-based group classes, Personal Training, Muscle Activation Techniques, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Teacher Training.
Our Philosophy:
At Yoga Integrated Science™, we believe that strength has an enormous effect on range of motion. Our philosophy lies in the refinement of the ancient teachings of Yoga with modern scientific research in exercise mechanics, meditation, anatomy & physiology, and stress management. Our yoga classes are designed for any skill level, and when utilized will help you get the most from our services. Our Wellness Center is designed to help you to navigate your individual health needs, offering unique group yoga and pilates classes, Personal Training, Muscle Activation Techniques™, and education courses for yoga teachers, fitness instructors, and allied health professionals.
