About Mona Ceniceros
With over 20 years of yoga teaching, Mona offers insight, wisdom, and experience to teach authentic yoga, to inspire and train yoga teachers and develop yoga programs for a wide range of yoga practitioners.
Mona's dharma is to help people experience the limitless potential of the human spirit through the inner tradition of yoga. Yoga is an art of waking up, identifying with the true you and embraces breathe with awareness. Her evolutionary, revolutionary approach to guiding feeling and movement gets people radiantly healthy, free, creative, and at peace.
Drawing on her background in fitness, as well as her long-time personal practice in yoga, Mona reminds us that everything is connected so we must live, act, dance, breathe with awareness.
About Mona's Studio - Sun Moon Yoga:
Located in Mankato, MN, Sun Moon Yoga offers 20-25 classes a week combining the efforts of 12-15 teachers.
As the owner and yoga teacher, Mona is the director/faculty for Yoga Alliance 200-hour Sun Moon Yoga Study for 15 years. She is the co-director of Sun Moon Yoga 300-hour/RYT Wellness & Leadership program for yoga teachers. Her training programs are Career School licensed by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
