About Shoshana Treichel
Shoshana Treichel, Owner and Founder of Above and Beyond Hot Yoga in Mobile Alabama is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-200 RYT) with Yoga Alliance holding seperate 200 hour certificates in Vinyasa from Corepower Yoga and the 26 & 2 Hot Yoga styles, she is also a certified kids yoga instructor. Shoshana has completed a 3 year 1000 hour IYTTP yoga training course at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandarim in Chennai India. She holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science from Harvard University. Shoshana is also a certified personal trainer and registered nutritionist, NPC bodybuilding and physique judge and former competitor. She also develops specialized yoga classes for studios across the US incorporating the use of free weights and proper sequencing due her extensive physical fitness background.
