About Fitness Yoga Studios
Fitness Yoga began in 2006 with two yoga instructors and a dream to give people in our local community a place to practice yoga close to home. What started as a small studio offering yoga a few times a week grew into where we are today. Our warm and friendly studio is a place where you are welcome to “come as you are.”
As a boutique studio, we are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness, health, and wellness goals. Our knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced instructors are here to support you be the best you can be. It is our belief that every “body” benefits from practicing yoga and Pilates. We offer a variety of ongoing classes daily and private yoga & Pilates lessons by appointment.
