About Blue Yoga Nyla
Blue Yoga Nyla is a warm and welcoming space for everyone. You do not need any yoga experience to come and practice at Blue Yoga Nyla. Blue Yoga Nyla is a dream come true for Stacey Reynolds, owner. After teaching the North Little Rock community since 2002, there was a loving nudge to open a new yoga studio.
**Price is $14.00 for drop-ins. Packages can be purchased for a 15% discount.
Unlimited monthly auto renew $75 (with a 6 month contract)

I believe that different voices resonate with us at different times in our lives and if finding what we do at BYN resonates, we may be the place for you to train.
While creating this program, I wanted it to be authentic, purposeful and practical, giving trainees the tools necessary to be comfortable in teaching a beginner level student, the most challenging to teach.
I am passionate about fostering each person’s unique voice and personality in order that all future teachers are comfortable teaching with their unique voice. My only motivation is to train people to serve others in a safe and authentic way. By training you, I am offering our sincere and genuine approach to those people I could not reach alone.
