Lauren’s classes create space for observation and discovery in the body, mind, and breath while drawing from a number of techniques and philosophical traditions.
She is commited to making yoga and pilates accessible for all people. She is a designated E-RYT 500 and Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) through Yoga Alliance.
