About Lighthouse Yoga
Lighthouse Yoga believes the practice of yoga serves as a vehicle to move us closer to our truest self. In doing this, we remember our Light and blissful nature and find a deeper lasting peace. This journey inward is not always easy.
Our intention at Lighthouse Yoga is to provide people a safe space to take this journey and step into their greatness. We also hope to build a community that recognizes the light in everyone. There is room in this world for ALL of us to shine. Lighthouse Yoga is about awakening the Lighthouse inside your Self. By finding the Lighthouse inside your self, you become a Lighthouse for the world. The more Lighthouse’s we have shining, the brighter this world becomes.
