About Studio Yoga Samgha Asd
SAMGHA is the union of those who practice, of seeking the truth and living it wisely.
The SAMGHA Yoga Studio was born from the meeting of Marina Rossi, Maria Grazia Orlando and Alessandra Ganassi.
The vision that motivated us in this project was the desire to create a common space where to share the expression of yoga in its various styles, exchanging experiences and offering the students more ample opportunities to learn about and appreciate this millenary discipline.
Our students can participate in the lessons without having to make a reservation but freely choosing which style of yoga to practice and at what time.
The heart of the center is our wonderful room. The light of the sun, which enters from the glass window that surrounds it, fills it with energy, that vital energy that penetrates inside bringing peace and inner well-being.
SAMGHA is yoga but not only ... we gather for meditation evenings, host events and collaborate with associations that help in personal growth.
