About Liz Nierzwicki
As an industry leader and celebrated yoga instructor, Liz Nierzwicki is an international bestselling author and personal development coach.
Known for communicating the science of the body with ease and humor, as well as a wonderful ability to weave into her teachings a deeper spiritual message that empowers her students to fully step-in and develop their gifts so that they can offer them to the world. This Indiana native graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors in Business from the Kelley School of Business as well as minors in Nutrition Science and Psychology.
Liz worked in the corporate world for nine years in marketing and sales before opening Solace Yoga Studio & School.
Liz is one of the pioneers of yoga in northern Indiana and has been an intregal leader in the yoga community since founding Solace Yoga Studio and School in 2010.
As an expert yoga teacher with over 15,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, Liz takes her passion for teaching, personal development, and self-love practices into the yoga teacher training program. Solace’s RYS200 curriculum is accredited by the National Yoga Alliance and offers a nationally recognized yoga certification to anyone who graduates from Solace Yoga School. Liz and her expert teacher staff lead 1-2 yoga certification programs annually as well as rejuvenating yoga retreats.
