We are conveniently located in West Boylston, MA, just a stone’s throw from Wachusett Reservoir, just off Route 12, in the Causeway Crossing professional building.
Our three thoughtfully equipped yoga studios offer the largest variety of classes in Central Massachusetts. Whether you are a lifelong yoga practitioner or you are thinking about taking your first class, there’s something for everyone on our schedule!
Perhaps your journey to yoga began because you craved a form of exercise that reached into every facet of the physical body. Perhaps you were called to the spiritual side of the practice and experienced the transformational benefits of mind-body awareness. Or maybe you thought you would try something new only to find that the results were life-changing. Whatever the circumstances, the path of yoga is for everyone. It draws in those who seek a deeper meaning and understanding of all aspects of life.
I was always drawn to yoga simply because it made sense to me. It was a form of fitness in my early life, and really the only practice I could be consistent with. Going to a gym had too much stimuli and distraction. Running felt terrible on my body. But rolling out a yoga mat and spending time in a space of inner listening (while staying fit) was both comforting and healing. Later on in my life, yoga came back to me when I needed something more than just exercise. It became a place to become quiet when everything seemed too loud. It was a place of stillness to calm my anxious and overworked mind. The physical practice also released trapped emotions and traumas out of my body, essentially transforming my entire being. It is because of yoga and meditation that I finally felt comfortable rediscovering my spiritual calling. It became easy to let go of negative patterns, discover my passions, and maintain a strong and capable physical body.
Yoga teacher training allows you to take your personal practice to a deeper and more profound level, embody the life-way of yoga, and become a catalyst for expanding yoga’s benefits and reach to the world.
