About Jennifer Cooper
Jennifer Cooper has been teaching yoga since 2005. She is a certified 200hr, ERYT with a comprehensive study in the practice of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Jennifer came to yoga after she exhausted herself trying to find relief from a reoccurring back injury. Not only did she find relief in her back pain but soon discovered that yoga was more than a series of poses but an approach to life. She is passionate about her work and continues to educate herself on the many branches from the "Hatha Yoga," family tree.
Jennifer is currently the only facilitator in the St. Louis area for the "Embody Love Movement," founded by Melody Moore, PHD, RYT. Their mission is to empower girls and women to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness, and contribute to meaningful change in the world.
Jennifer provides a peaceful and uplifting environment which will encourage you to be true to yourself. Her classes/workshops/private sessions are designed to promote health and healing, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Her hopes are that you start to let go of things that no longer serve and support you on the mat, clearing the path to live your authentic life in your fullest and highest potential.
Jennifer and her family have lived in California, New York, Tennessee and have called St. Louis home for the past 12 years.
